How to be referred for physical therapy
Physical therapy at Kinetic Healing begins with a referral from a healthcare provider. Follow the steps below, then send the referral in using the form or by fax.
Request Kinetic Healing
Reach out to your provider’s office and request a referral to Kinetic Healing for the specified problem or ailment.
Existing and new conditions
If you have an existing or new condition, you must be seen by a healthcare provider such as your family physician, an urgent care provider, a dentist, or a chiropractor in order to be referred to Kinetic Healing.
Dry needling
If your condition would benefit from dry needling, have your referring provider indicate this on the referral form.
